No book, not even the Holiest of Books is worth the match to burn it if all you do is read it. The instructions must be put into our lives and the exercises done. Walking the lessons is always more adventurous than reading the lessons. We have to do the footwork and learn to live the lessons ourselves. You do not get the effect of journaling by reading about it. You get the effect by picking up the pen and journaling. Thank you. |
